Good food, there was a little confusion when it came to the tequila flat the server brought out all of the same shots. Not sure he understood it was supposed to be a sampler of different tequilas?

The “Ranch” has been a favorite of our family for two decades. We have watched it evolve over that time while it remains a lovely, satisfying place to eat lunch or dinner. We always include it when friends come to visit! For all the one and two star eaters out there complaining of “poor service” I ask you, “is it possibly YOU that’s the problem?” And seriously, this place is too busy for wait staff to fawn all over you. The food is awesome, I suggest the King Ranch Burrito!!

Great place to eat. Really enjoy going for lunch. Everyone is friendly and pays attention to you, whether your glass is half empty or your food is not to your liking, they correct it right away! Love seeing the SMILES!

Went to celebrate my heavenly mother's would have been 86th bday. We took her here spring of 2004 and she loved it.Went back tonight and I have to say the best Mexican Food I have had in 20 years.Service and atmosphere 100+🙋Definitely will be a regular for us again. We all enjoyed our meals and portions excellent

Dont get take out if you have to take it back to a job site and eat. Almost $3.00 for the smallest drink I've ever seen. Silver ware that wont pick up the food and it was dry

I have very limited selection when it comes to Mexican restaurants. I usually pick the fajitas. I tried the the quesadillas and they were Amazing.

Love the local feel. Service is great. Dishes have been hit or miss. We love the Agave Chipotle Chicken tacos and the enchiladas suizas but weren't fans of the Tacos Diablos or Corn on the Cob (seems boiled as opposed to grilled). The salsa they serve with their chips is phenomenal.

First time eating here and if the food is this good being delivered through DoorDash, I can only imagine how good dine in is. Can't wait to try this place in person after quarantine!! Flavorful and delicious. Large portion. Fresh. I cannot complain. Loved it!! Best guacamole I ever had!!

Stop for lunch with family today. Food was okay, we liked the guacamole ordered and complimentary chips and salsa. But the service was horrible! Our server (Luis) just had this attitude like he didn't care and he was bothered to be doing his job. There are plenty of Mexican restaurants in the Apex/Cary area that serve better food and nicer service. Will not be back.

Good basic Mexican food. Service was excellent. My mole sauce on my chicken enchiladas was just OK. Chicken was moist and tender and well seasoned. Very much enjoyed the free chips and freshly made salsa. In fact, I'd say that the salsa was the best part of the meal.

Seasoned chips with just a hint of lime, and pleasant salsa. I would've been happier with more rice & beans, but the Parrilla (I think everything they have grilled on a huge skillet. It was a dinner suggestion from the friendly waiter) was both large and delicious. The corn was both surprisingly soft and flavorful. I was hungry that day from working on a shed and this late lunch hit the spot. I didn't even need dinner.

Had take out tonight. Excellent food! Chicken and steak were flavorful and juicy, not chewy or dry at all. Rice was cooked perfect and very tasty. The lettuce, pico, tomatoes all tasted fresh. Churros were also done well. Serving sizes were plentiful! I ordered online and made substitutions and omissions. They got everything right!!! Great, great experience. Definitely my new Mexican go to restaurant.

My wife and I decided, per recommendation, to try this place out and we were so glad we did! Everything was so fresh and definitely on point. We would also highly recommend the Margaritas and since they give you a pitcher where you order a half or full we were good to go! I had the shrimp and chorizo tacos which were absolutely one of the best things I've ever eaten the sauce and pineapples really took it over the edge. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great more traditional Mexican meal!

Absolute worst dinner I can remember.... ever! My Wife stopped by this evening to pick up our dinner to go. Now, several months ago, we ate inside for dinner and it was very good. My Wife picked up Steak Chimichangas ($12.99) for me, and Fish tacos for herself. She said that her Fish Tacos were good, but my Steak/Beef (if it was actually beef?) was the toughest, gnarliest meat I've ever tried to eat. It was horrible! La Rancherita... have you ever heard of cooking meat low and slow? What did you do to this meat to make it so bad? Did you recook it over and over in order to save costs?You will never get my business again.. We have way too many choices than to eat Dog Food like that again!

Ordered our food from La Rancherita on Doordash. We had the scheduled time to be 4 hours later than our order time. They did not see this and made our food several hours early and still had it delivered to us - cold. Not only that, but our order was completely messed up. The original person I spoke to was less than helpful trying to get this resolved. The second person was helpful and took acknowledged the mistake was on their end and sincerely apologized. I appreciate the apology but they will not have our business ever again.

We had our Social Media Management team meeting here and loved it. It was my first time to this Apex location on the charming Apex downtown strip and I will be back. I had the Salad with shrimp and another and it was tasty. The service was fast and the only drawback was no Wifi but I don't think that will be a problem for most people.

What a terrible dining experience. Our server could not care less about our table and seemed to be on a mission to ignore us and give as lackluster service as possible. Four waters for the table? He brought back two. Some beers? Only for some of us. Tableware? Only after asking twice. When we were finished with our “okay” meal (which had incorrect items and sides), he proceeded to hang out, ignore us, and text on his phone for a while. Won’t ever be back.

Amazing place--best Mexican in Raleigh hands down. Even the bathrooms were nice. Chips and salsa and guacamole are served for free, and they're all the best I've had. Meals are filling and bursting with flavor. Love it!

Oh my. We came here with a group of 12 from work for lunch. Most of us had never been before and picked it based on the menu and pics online. Well, we were not disappointed with that decision. Great food, everyone loved all the dishes. We got a guacamole for the table and it was light and fresh, although I like a little more citrus in mine. Good salsa and chips too. The burrito al pastor that three of us ordered was so flavorful and the meat was juicy. We all agreed we will be coming back. The only thing I would complain about, they didn't have the dish I originally ordered but they had plenty of other tasty things.

We hadn't been here in several years. It use to be really good about 15 years ago. I oredered the 3 enchiladas. It was okay, definitely on the bland side. The service was great. The chips and salsa were good. The chips were probably the best part, hot out of the oven/fryer. Portion size was a little small. We'll probably go elsewhere for Mexican next time.

Aways great service. I've been coming to this restaurant since it opened. They kept the same great practices, they began with such as ; no matter who waits on you, any server there will be glad to help you . They are always friendly and thank you for your patronage . They have the best $3 Margaritas on Wed, In a beer mug! Their food is always fast and delicious ! Oh yeah , they stay, as others come and go!We always can count on them!
